S - im not sure about Samira, she is more like coinflip champ. ALSO WHY THE QUEEN IS IN THIS PISSTIER???
A - idk why Ashe is that low, same with Varus, Ziggs and Karthus. These champs have pretty long range what fits low elo playstyle pretty well. Ashe definitely isnt in this tier.
B - Draven and Kog'Maw maybe a little bit higher. If you cant handle Draven he is D tier anyway but if you can then its S tier. Kog'Maw isn't that weak in low elo. Idk why ppl rate him that low.
C - Umbral Kaisa is braindead but this tier is good.
D - Kalista is very strong, similar case to Draven.
I want to know why you rate these champs like that.
,If you call Seraphine a queen : she is strong in laning phase and no one knows how to dodge her abilites and easy champ , Ashe: in low elo I always see people who don't know how to kit with her , Kog'Maw :one mistake on your part could get you killed , Kalista: is very hard to play especially in laning phase and Weak in early game , and Thanks for your feedback .
