0 About This Team Comp
In the early game you can run lots of different setups, from Sivir with Storyweavers, to Senna/Gnar with 3 Inkshadows, pretty much anything goes as long you as you can maintain a high economy and stay healthy throughout the early mid game. Finding an early Kai'Sa in your shop or from Augments like Starter Kit helps a lot, because she can be quite powerful even as a 1 star unit.
In late game you want to include legendaries like Sett or Xayah to cap out your board. If your first Inkshadow item was mediocre you can prioritize 4 Warden and add units like Udyr with Level 9.

Once you have Kaisa transfer items to her and run 3 Ink Shadow with either 4 Warden or 4 Trickshot. Push Level 8 in either Stage 4-2 or 4-5 and look for Kaisa*2 and upgraded Frontline.

Once your core setup is stable push for Level 9. Replace Sivir/Teemo for Xayah and replace one of your weaker Warden for Sett. Kaisa can take Inkshadow items instead of 2nd Giant Slayer.

If you're running 4 Trickshot you effectively want to win the fight in the first Kaisa ult. This means you want her ability to hit as hard as possible and won't care for items like Guinsoo or Shojin. Can itemize Xayah in late game and run Last Whisper for Armor Pen if you don't have Evenshroud.
