Make sure you have at least 2 Porcelain active in Stage 4-1 for potential Porcelain Emblem. Push for Level 8 in Stage 4-2 or 4-5 depending on your game and roll for your core Tier 4 units. Pick up Legendaries like Azir or Lissandra on the way. Either run Lillia/Azir or Alune/Sylas to get through the mid game and set yourself up for late game.

Push towards Level 9, add remaining core units. If you have Porcelain Emblem then put it on Annie, if you don't have one then you only need to run Ashe/Lissandra.

Emblem

Annie is by far the best user for Porcelain Emblem, Nautilus/Ornn should only take it if you find a second one.
