Hey first of all thank you, I'm glad you'd like my guide and sorry that I am so late to answer you. I was also thinking how good Moonstone could be, but the problem with Moonstone is that you can only use half of the item. Karma has no ability to heal and healing that is what makes Moonstone so good. I would recommend buying Shurelya's or Echoes of Helia. :)
