Kalista was nerfed very hard. Your best bet is to poke a lot with your [W] empowered Autos and go for a lot of quick trades, until you can safely all-in.
Corki
As of patch 6.10, Corki is in a very weak spot. CC him and dodge his stuff and you should be good.
Miss Fortune
Dodge her [Q]. She has low mobility, so freeze the lane for an easy gank. You can cancel her ultimate from your Maelstrom range. Chain CC her with your support and trade with empowered autos.
Vayne
Her E counters your Maelstrom, but it's on such a long cooldown, that shouldn't be a problem if you time it. Lock her down and the trade should be easily won.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn will poke you down from a very long range and will try to bully you. It's basically a farm lane. Your Level 6 powerspike is a lot stronger than her's, so try to abuse that to win the lane.
Jhin
Although Jhin does a TON of damage late into the game, jump on top of this guy and he can't do anything. Chain CC him with your support and you should be able to lock him down. If he has a good peeler, then you might be in trouble.
Twitch
Twitch will outrange you and out damage you in all stages of the game unless you can shut his lane down. He has no mobility, so freeze the lane for an easy gank and be sure to chain CC him in trades. Focus him in teamfights.
Ashe
Ashe, like Kennen, is an ADC that has a lot of on-demand CC. She will poke you down pre-6. Stay behind your minions to avoid her [W]. If you want to engage on her, make sure to do so when she does not have her [Q] Stacks charged. Whoever can connect their CC and kite the best will win. She lacks mobility so try to freeze the lane at your tower for an easy gank.
Ezreal
You'll have to try to win the lane, with help from your support, preferably before he gets his Iceborn Gauntlet. He's just as weak as you early, except he has no CC. Should he [E] forward for some reason, feel free to punish him severely or even all-in with your ultimate, if the circumstances permit.
Lucian
Lucian does a lot of damage and has high mobility, however he doesn't have any CC. If you can lock him down and poke him with your empowered autos, you should be able to hold your own in lane, and then heavily outscale him. Just don't let him snowball.
Draven
If a good Draven is able to snowball the lane, you're done-zo. If he builds Mercurial Scimitar as his Second item, which a lot of Dravens do, then he will be near impossible to beat in a 1v1 or 2v2 just because of his raw damage and oppressive CC. Of course, a bad Draven will just be a free lane for you.
Tristana
Her ult counters yours and she scales very hard. Time her ult and her [W] and you can engage when she makes a mistake.
Jinx
Don't let her snowball. She will try to poke you down with her [Q] harass. If you can CC her and land a full Maelstrom, the fight should be yours. If you get caught by her [E], you'll likely get chain CC'd by her support and either die or be forced to flash. She also scales very hard into the late-game, so take advantage of your mid-game powerspike.
Kog'Maw
If you can reach him, he's toast. If you get locked down, you're toast. Try to be aggressive in lane and chain CC him with your support to shut him down early. He has no mobility so you can freeze the lane for an easy gank.
Varus
Dodge his ult and you win. He will poke you down, but he has no mobility, so you can set up a freeze for an easy gank, or you can chain CC all-in him with your support. If he hits his ult, you might be in trouble.
