I like this, and I fully agree about Talon being THRASH. Riot sad "Hard to balance champions", but they didnt do anything about him? He can kill you no meter what you do (expect burn flash) at lvl 2, he can jump over wally with could-down on walls, not on the ability it self, he has stealth ability that deals dmg and gives him ms, has a slow, has a way to jump at you, sure crits from time to time, and that passive is just busted.
