Tryndamere Q and regen efffects are strong into Kog'Maw his poke. Thereby Tryndamere has enough gap closer combined with strength and dive potential with R to deny Kog'maw from laning. Kog'Maw should try to deny Tryndamere slow from happening, combined with running Ghost in response + E Slow.
Zed
Kog'Maw has a hard to responding to Zed his shadow poke combined with all in engage. Thereby Zed his mobility is insanely high and he can teleport wherever he wants to dodge and destroy Kog'maw.

Kassadin
Kassadin only forms a mid/late game threat to Kog'Maw, due to his damage increases and moblity increase. This will be unbareable when no1 can cover Kassadin from sidelane.
Akshan
Akshan is a dueling stat check adc that can gain his gap closer easily into Kog'Maw. Due to this fact it is hard to approach lane into Akshan. Later on Kog'maw can easily deal with teamfights into Akshan.

Qiyana has a really bad lvl 1/2/3, and should taken advantage over by Kog'Maw. Once Qiyana hits level 6 it will become hard for Kog'Maw to be able to walk up.

Leblanc has the mobility and capability to force Kog'Maw into akward trades. On top of this Leblanc has the perfect gapcloser and snare setup for ganks.
Zoe
Zoe Q and overall pressure can be overwhelming to deal with by Kog'Maw. Thereby Zoe will push in Kog'Maw and harass him with bubbles into Q's that will hurt very badly.
Recommended to run Cleanse for Kog'Maw.
Katarina
Katarina is a melee assassin, which Kog'Maw is stronger into before level 6 all ins.(if handled well with prepoke and placement of daggers) After this is becomes hard for Kog'Maw to find a safe spot into Katarina engage combined with R. later on Kog'Maw will have a fine time.

Pantheon has a strong burst window combined with an immunity shield ability that can trade well. Thereby Pantheon will seek to roam a lot as well.

Orianna is a control mage with a lot of range on Q/W. Thereby it becomes impossible for Kog'Maw to keep prio. Later on Kog'Maw has an easy time keeping up with Orianna.

Be aware of Syndra her Burst potential once she reaches level 6. Later on Kog'Maw has an easy time keeping up with Syndra.

Talon pre 6 is easy to deal for Kog'Maw, thereby it is needed to never get 2 stacks from his W, to prevent Talon Passive from going off. Later on Kog'Maw should use his range and poke well to prevent all ins from Talon.

Xerath and Kog'Maw are both poke mages, Xerath has more range earlier on than Kog'maw. This is a very even matchup that is based on skillshots and wave push.

Vladimir has a sustained kit against poke combined with really strong all in. Vladimir has short ranged damage spells. Kog'Maw is good at dealing with high HP enemies and has high range to do so. But Vladimir his sustain,healing and strong all in can become an issue into it.

Kog'Maw will outrange Lissandra, therefore they have the same range early on(Lissandra will need minions to do so). Lissandra her teamfighting and target access is wide and must be respected by Kog'Maw.
Ekko
Ekko has a strong trading pattern with his Passive + E + Q combined with a movement speed buff finishing the Passive. This should be denied while being in lane with him by Kog'Maw. Thereby Kog'Maw will gain more range into the dangerious assassin Ekko style of gameplay.
Vex
Vex will have a hard time into Kog'maw, but Vex has very good all in engage with R, which can let Kog'Maw set vunerable.

Jayce has a fairly short range kit, other than his empowered Ranged form Q. Kog'Maw should always respect a melee fulltrade combo of Jayce and thus maintain his distance from him at all times.

Neeko has an even early game into Kog'maw. Kog'Maw should be careful into Neeko all in threats, while she can be transformed as well. On the other hand Kog'Maw gains access to higher ranges and can overcome Neeko fairly easy.
Lux
Lux and Kog'Maw are both poke mages, Lux E is way easyier to hit in comparison and she can trade into Kog'Maw with her shielding very easily.. This is a very even matchup that is based on skillshots and wave push, Therefore Kog'Maw gains an edge later in the game with increased R range

Kog'Maw poke will be denied slightly by Gragas Passive, thereby gragas Q and gank setup can be hard to deal with for Kog'Maw. Later in the game Kog'Maw will overcome gragas and outrange him.
Malphite
Kog'Maw has an easy time into this armor tank, early arcane comet malphite with Passive shield can be annoying to deal with. Malphite 6 should be fully respected with flash response and low trading during lane.
Anivia
Anivia will be annoying to deal with during laning phase and her wall/stun gank setup, after that Kog'Maw will deal very well with his increased range.
Karma
Be aware of Karma her gank setup with snare, and mantra W health pool value to trade after the Kog'Maw poke. later on Kog'Maw will outrange Karma really hard.
Malzahar
Kog'Maw has an easy time pre 6 and with later R levels 11/16. Be aware of the Malzahar R ganksetup.
Galio
Galio has a perfect gank setup due to W/E. be aware of this as Kog'maw. Other than that Kog deals well with this melee tank.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol is one of the best scaling champs in the game, thereby his early is weaker. Kog'Maw will have an easy time, paired with a decent time late game due to his range to get away from the scaled Sol.
Ryze
Ryze is a shortranged mage, Kog'Maw will outrange Ryze overall. Be aware of Ryze his R and Snare in ganksetup or all in potential.
Corki
Corki has a weaker early game and he gets enabled later on. Kog'Maw has a very similar pattern, but Kog'Maw does outrange and trade better into Corki. Be aware of Corki Package later on in the game.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia is an agressive mage with short range. Thereby she is easy to deal with as Kog'Maw. prevent Cassio Q and W in order to gain lower damage taken from her.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn is outranged by Kog'maw his abilities, thereby he wins the poke lane and gets ahead of it. Be aware of Caitlyn her headshot trades combined with empowered Q's. Later on Kog'Maw has more range than her with R lvl 11/16. Recommended to buy banshee's Veil or Zhonya to deal with her R.
Vel'Koz
Vel'Koz has better range than Kog'maw early on but that will fade with Kog'maw lvl 11/16, but however has easy to dodge spells. Recommended to run Ghost.
Zilean
Kog'Maw has a simple easy lane into Zilean, but however should be careful of Zilean slow/ double bomb stun in gank setup.
Seraphine
Kog'maw and Seraphine have equal range and laning phase. Kog'Maw should be careful of Seraphine her E and R gank setup, but later on he will outrange her very easily.
Kennen
Kennen has short range poke, but however a strong oneshot engage that should be tracked down by Kog'Maw at any point lvl 6+. reaching lvl 11/16, Kog'Maw will outrange Kennen.
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath Passive sustain and Cho'Gath Q are bummers for Kog'maw. other than that Kog'Maw will outrange cho later on and deal well with Cho'Gaths tanky hp tool builds.
Sylas
Sylas is a strong melee bruiser/mage. Kog'Maw has an amazing lane into Sylas, aslong as he can dodge Sylas 2de E engage. later in the game Kog'Maw will outrange sylas at all times. Sylas cannot steal a good R from Kog'maw either.
Heimerdinger
Heimerdinger is in need of his towers to deal damage and be able to play the game. Kog'maw will outrange all of this.
K'Sante
K'Sante is tank with amazing melee mobility. Kog'maw is strong against tanks and can resistance shred K'Sante , which will reduce the effectiveness of his kit. Recommended to take Ghost as Kog'Maw.
Kayle
Kayle is a short ranged marksman/mage that will scale up her range and strength over the game. So to speak, Kog'Maw will do the same but has higher range during that. Thereby Kayle has no real pressure into Kog'Maw.
Swain
Kog'Maw % HP W is a good counter into Swain his HP gain. Thereby Swain will get outranged by Kog'Maw his abilities. Recommended to take ghost and oblivion orb into Swain and be aware of Swain his E snare + pull as gank setup.
Karthus
Karthus is a low range mage that scales through the game, Kog'Maw will scale while having higher range than Karthus during the entire game. Recommended to go Banshee's Veil into Karthus.
Rumble
Rumble is a melee + short range burst mage. Kog'maw can excell easily into this lane as long as he can form distance and deny Rumble E slow to hit him early on.
Veigar
Veigar is a short ranged mage that wants to farm early on, Kog'Maw can pressure the lane very easily with enough range. Recommended to take cleanse against Veigar Cage setup.
Rek'Sai
Strong early game jungler to match Kog'Maw weaker early, Damage share in AD/AP. CC to hit Kog'maw combo in.

AP / Hybrid Kog'Maw buys items and effects to increae ability damage only, thereby Kog'Maw will have no damage outside of Bio-Arcane Barrage windows. Kog'Maw is reliant on his Living Artillery as consistent damage,therefore he can starve mana on excessive usage. Kog'Maw can miss out on damage due to being reliant on skillshot abilities only, other than Bio-Arcane Barrage .

AP / Hyrbrid Kog'Maw is one of my favourite picks after my main champ pool.
Kog'Maw Living Artillery will gain him stacks that increase the cost of his next Living Artillery by 40 for each stack. Thereby it is recommended to keep track of your mana pool and wait for the stacks to run out.
Fact 2: Kog'Maw Living Artillery deals more damage due to enemy missing HP, increasing 100% below 40% HP enemies.
Fact 3: Kog'Maw Caustic Spittle will remove armor and magic resist %, doing this ability first in the combo will increase the damage of the combo and allies.
