I think it might be personal, but keep in fact that her kit plays really well around yours. If you lane against her i would go phase rush and try to survive. Ask for help.

DH is the best main keystone for Lillia currently. It provides constat damage in teamfights and allows for in and out playstyle that Lillia thrives in. |

The best option. Provides healthier laning phase and extra healing in fights. Sudden impact is currently to weak to be played on a champion that has only one dash. |

Depends on playstyle. You can take ghost poros if you need more vision. If you prefer fast roaming bot eyeball is gonna help you snowball faster. |

Amazing rune overall. Synergizes well with your passive (because it's single target damage) and your q true damage. You could also go relentless hunter to roam faster around the map. |

How to play this roamer cdr extreme killer build?
Rush protobelt and ionian for 20 cdr (rest of cdr comes from runes). Roam bot as much as you can and stack DH. You can also go top although note that some toplaners will easily destroy both of you. It is really good to make double ganks along side your jungler.
This build allows you to spam q during fights. I could tell you every single detail and trick on laning phase, but the truth is you need to discover the champion and the matchups for yourself.
