Him being tanky and deflecting a lot of your damage is big.
Cho'Gath
It's either you trash on him or he trashes on you.
Maokai
You can't really block anything from him and he tanks a load of your damage.
Lee Sin
You can out duel him despite him having a good early to mid game.
Graves
You can block so much of his damage and your taunt has more range than his E if you land a taunt on him you can just chase him down with your Q slow.
Elise
You can block her attacks in spider form, but in human form she's stronger than you.
Evelynn
Evelynn is a very strong AP jungler, you can block her E but thats not all her damage.
Nidalee
If she goes in you can block her melee form Q.
Camille
You block a major part of her damage and it's just easy to kill her.
Dr. Mundo
People don't really play Mundo jungle but it's a real struggle playing vs him.
Ekko
You can block his E and autos so he won't proc his passive. But keep in mind, he's Ekko and can just do what Ekko does.
Diana
You can block her 3rd auto which helps, but she's very high in burst and this is not a tank Shen build.
Ezreal
His Q is a huge part of his kit and if you block that and land a taunt on him he can't do much besides E away. You counter gank him really well too.
Fiddlesticks
He'll heal off you when you damage him at close range, point and click CC, and the fact you block none of his damage.
Gragas
You can block his W and just kite him hard, Shen requires a lot of kiting because he needs to kite to pull his Q through people. So by doing that you can possible dodge his abilities.
Hecarim
Hecarim is not a huge threat, you can block his E and out damage him in a duel in the early game.
Ivern
He's not really a duelist and you're also a supportive Jungler.
Jarvan IV
Not that great of a threat because you're stronger than him, a lot of his damage comes from autos.
Jax
He can dodge your autos, you can block his. It's all just a duel of skill and timing, you are stronger than him early game though.
Kha'Zix
He's an assassin jungler and you can tank a good amount of his damage. He's very squishy and vulnerable to your strong damage.
Master Yi
You trash him hard. Just be careful of his late game power. Punish him by invading his jungle. He can't do much vs you.
Nunu & Willump
You can chase him down with his low mobility, but if he builds AP he can be a bit of a threat. Save your taunt for when he ults.
Pantheon
Just like in the top lane, you trash on Pantheon, his ganks aren't as good as yours because his dash is shorter than yours. When you catch him out he can't escape you.
Ornn
He has the power of your 3 Q's and your passive in one ability. Be sure to kite around a lot and you'll make him look like he's high.
Poppy
She can W your taunt if she times it. Other than that there aren't really any issues.
Rumble
Rumble is a strong champion, and super strong versus Shen. You can't block anything (besides his overheating autos) and he punishes hard.
Sejuani
You can't block her E auto because you will be stunned for it, you can block it for an ally though. She has hard CC and
tankiness, almost impossible to kill.
Shaco
You're stronger versus AD Shaco than AP Shaco.
Shyvana
You block a lot of Shyvanas damage but her clear is much faster than yours so she can be ahead of you a lot of times.
Singed
A good Singed is an annoying singed. Try to kite in front of him so you can get Q's off, not get hit by poison and so he doesn't fling you away.
Skarner
You're stronger than him by a decent amount, He'll only be somewhat stronger than you if he builds tank.
Tahm Kench
He's Tahm Kench, he's just going to stack off you and kill you. And he's super tanky.
Rek'Sai
You can block her Q but keep in mind she's Rek'Sai and has very high damage!
Rengar
Since Rengar has autos with his Q now you block a decent amount of his damage. And when he's ulting to kill someone just ult whoever he's going to try to kill.
Riven
Just like in a top lane matchup you're much stronger than her.
Teemo
He can blind you off you're damage and kite you. You need to land a taunt on him in most situations.
Trundle
You block his Q if you time right, just be careful if he cancels the auto with it. He can beat you in a duel if he has ult up too.
Amumu
His CC is strong but Amumu is not as strong as other Tank CC junglers. You can't really block anything he does to you but he has no escape if you get on him.
Tryndamere
You block so much of his damage. If you know what his crit animation looks like use your W. Just be careful if he auto cancels.
Kayn
You're stronger than him before he get's his form. If he goes Shadow Kayn you're going to be much than him. But if he goes Rhaast he could be stronger if he has ult up.
Kindred
Kindred is an ADC and not very good in general. Just taunt her and she'll be in a bad spot. You block her Q damage too
Udyr
You can block his stun and dot which is a huge part of his kit. But he's Udyr and Udyr has very high damage. Just be careful if he goes tanky.
Volibear
You can block his Q preventing him from flipping you or your ally.
Warwick
You can block the damage that his ult does and prevent him from healing with it, you can also block his Q. Just be careful he's Warwick and is a super strong jungler!
Wukong
You can block his Q and just trash him. Save your taunt for when he W's
Xin Zhao
Be sure to block that 3rd Q that he's going to use, it's really useful.
Zac
He's tanky and you block barely anything he does. You cant really destroy passive without a tiamat because you have single target damage.
With this build level 2 ganks are the easiest thing ever, this isn't like your typical Shen build.Just have a typical jungle clear you would usually have, Shen has a very easy and forgiving jungle clear. He has good DPS in the jungle and he has tankiness from his Passive and W. Let's jump in!

Jungling
Only level E up second if you can LVL 2 gank.
Time your W right before the jungle camp hits you so you can tank 2 hits without taking any damage.
Shen can counter jungle easily, he's a very strong duelist throughout the game.
He does a lot of damage to the Scuttle Crab because his Q does percent max health damage be sure to try to get them/
You can do dragon very easily.
You can block the attacks Baron does.
You can get vision and do things away from your team and ult in.

You can one shot carries with this build its ridiculous.
You don't fall off at all.
Your taunt will be under 10 seconds long at max rank.
