Who am I?

Why does it work?

WIth recent samira buffs her dmg is just too high. This means that you can build tankier items because they are the best items in the game - especially FROZEN HEARTH and DEATHS DANCE. Maybe you dont deal THAT much dmg, but you cant deal any damage if you are dead :) You go in with your E witch aplies your FROZEN HEARTH aa speed slow. You can beat almost any ad champ when you hit 3 item power spike.

Why so Frozen Hearth so broken?

The attack speed reduction has a bigger impact then you think. It messes with your opponent kiting pace and they will cancel a lot of their autos, which means they might even miss play and kite forward towards your team.

How good is it REALLY?

It really depends on your Samira mechanics. My tip is too be patient and be duoQ with your support. You can play much more on limits. Its very fun and ONE good fight and 2
shutdowns can turn the game other way around. I would say that its actualLY supper good. Especially when you can build the frozen hearth + DD combo. Care for enemy heavy CC spells and enjoy.
