Runes
I like lethal tempo, I think it's simply the strongest option, If you like u can do HoB or Conq but imo they are objectively worse. Make sure to take cutdown if the enemies are really tanky.
Item builds
The best mythic for draven is Eclipse, you can also play with duskblade or crit mythics but I dont really like any of them. I will show my 2 favourite builds with eclipse.
Build 1 is what I've been playing recently. In this build I like to get and early BF sword, ALSO I SKIP COLLECTOR a lot unless enemies are really squishy. If you skip collector you should get LDR 2nd or 3rd, if you get it 2nd make sure you have a BF sword or it can feel really bad. Always make sure to adapt your build and buy items like qss/stopwatch for important game deciding fights.
Build 2 is the more common build with ER, I like this build a lot too and its my most played build for the season but currently I just got bored of it a bit. Very similar to 1st build only difference is you dont go collector or bloodthister almost ever. This build is better for burst damage, but is weak against poke due to low lifesteal. in this build most common 5th item for me is GA, but you can also get RFC or bloodthister.
