When you get into champ select, notify your mid to stay back early on so you can use your level 3 power spike to get a easy transition gank on mid. You start off with a leash red, then krugs with your smite, then go raptors. Then usually you do your transition gank mid. Sometimes this will not be available so you can take the near-by scuttle crab. Then go for wolfs, and then Blue and if you have the health, gromp.
Try to redo this path over and over again and remember to gank the lanes as well.
