Runes

With runes, I like to get 9x Greater Marks of Intellect, 9x Greater Seals of Resilience, 9x Greater Glyphs of Warding, and 3x Greater Quintessences of Intellect.

For masteries, I get 0/21/9. Look at my mastery build Up top for more information.

Summoner Spells

For summoner spells, I get flash and smite. Flash will let you catch up to enemies, or escape from enemies.

Pros / Cons

Pros. Cons
Jungles fast with Q Skill. Cant really gank at lv4
Passive helps Singed stay tanky. Will take alot of damage when fighting blue
Super Good at Ganking.
Good at counter jungling

Creeping / Jungling

Singed has a unique way of jungling: Running around the monsters with Q on. Simply ignoring attacks from the monsters, Singed can kill them easily.
