Corki is a fairly easy match up, he has high burst in a fight but if you dodge his q with your dashes he loses out on a large amount of damage. you also chunk him very heavily once you get a few points into rend. Beware of him W, flashing out of your rend range.
Ezreal
Very easy match up of you, your highly mobile and can dodge his q, w, and r fairly easily. he might be troubling to kill be cause he can e, flash out of your rend range.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn is a skill match up. you both put out similar early game damage but you scale better later into the game. this match up is usually decided in lane by your supports. aslong as you don't get hit by the E you can chase her down.
Miss Fortune
MF is a huge lane bully, putting out high damage and also having a bonus damage from an ability, you can get out of her ult fairly easily but her e's slow can cause you to take a little extra damage. she won't be able to run from you if you drop her passive but early game she has the chance to kill you with her upfront damage.
Tristana
Trist is pretty weak early but scale very hard into late game, you need to bully this lane as hard as you can denying cs and XP.
Varus
This Lane is scary, varius can poke you if you don't dodge the Q's, the Ult of varus can be pretty harmful if you hits it the cc will cause you to take a ton of damage, the lane will be easy if you dodge but hell if you don't.
Vayne
This is just a skill match up. if you poke and don't let her proc her w you win trades, but she can also win trades. cs up well poke her down by autoing and using rend to kill minions and poke her.
Ashe
This Lane Sucks. her q slows your dash so much and allows her to keep on you in fights. post 6 she also has the ult to stun you and drop even more damage on you.
Graves
Graves is just a strong ADC currently. the lane is winnable and so long as you cs well and don't lose to much xp you will be stronger for the teams when you have Runaans, and BT.
Jinx
Jinx is a pretty easy lane, you can kite her, dodge her w and her ult, and its easy to get around her e.
Quinn
quinn is a hit or miss, if she blinds you your rend will still stack on her but she might be able to out damage you well your blind, but if the blind misses she won't be able to fight at all. Post 6 with her ult quinn can get on you blind and deal a good amount of burst. try to put her behind before 6.
Sivir
Sivir is a scary lane she is able to block your rend and even if you don't use it well she is shielded if your near her turret she will be able to get out of range to use it before the shield drops.
Twitch
Twitch is able to win this lane by q'ing and getting right on you then slowing you with his w, his e is also a stacking ability with pretty high damage. but if you can kill him before he hits 3 then shove to turret and cause him to miss xp you can win the lane.
Draven
Draven is a good match for kalista he can try to follow you but he will not keep axes if he wants to chase, but if he hits the e he can put large amounts of damage onto you. if you get ahead and don't give him any kills the games yours to carry and he will be a null factor, but if given an early kill or a large gold drop from his passive he is able to snowball out of control and kill you before you can get away.
Hey guys, I'm Clashcloud an Adc main who has been playing a lot of kalista since her release. just figured I could drop a guide to help people start getting into Kalista. I've played around 200 kalista games so far. I love kalista and think she is a top tier adc, she has an easy time farming using her rend to help if you don't do quite enough to kill the creep. she's also highly mobile and able to put out huge amounts of damage in team fights, and has control over neutral objectives.
