I have been kinda disappointed by Akshan, he was really fun but didn't feel so strong, and he didn't attack as fast as i expected from a marksman, so, building lethality just worked for me, it gave me the damage i needed just using Akshan's basic combo and the shield from his passive was just the cherry on top.

I chose those runes because it greatly increases his burst damage, with press the attack you need to use his auto attack combo twice, this works, but we can do better, electrocute works just on his auto attack combo and his Q, making for a fast burst that procs electrocute and gives you a shield, making his trades at low level really good.
