Why Wrecking Crew Singed is Real

Singed by design is supposed to be a dummy champion where he is tanky and slippery. What's good with being tanky and slippery? Taking objectives in side lanes!
Singed is already considered a bad laner, so what this build tries to do is minimize laning AGAINST YOUR LANER, while MAXIMIZING objectives and CSing to stay on top of the game.

Early Game

You want to proxy level 1, or if you're like me and want to play it more safe, proxy when you have poison+fling to get out of sticky situations fast. Don't try to fight your laner, you'll lose.

Mid-Late Game

For the rest of the game, you will keep split pushing and ignore the rest of your team. Only getting involved in teamfights at your convenience, you got towers to wreck after all. Demolish those towers as much as you can, and with your move speed, keep people on your toes by rotating all the time, they'll never get your booty, unless they use like 2 cc ults to catch you. Which at that point your team should win a 4v5 teamfight.
