Technically this is the same as Malphite Build Solo/Tank + Damage. All I did was edit the Mastery Tree to support Exhaust and Ghost instead of Exhaust and Flash. For more information on this build, please refer to the above mentioned build. The mastery point are designed to buff the defenses and allow Malphite to tank. No need to raise offense, other than to accommodate the summoner spells, because Malphite's skill already do a considerably large amount of damage. The rune build is designed to give higher defenses as well. This build is designed to be very well as soloing the bottom lane. play defensive/smart until you get to at least level 12. after that go get the mana regen/cooldown reduction buff just off the bottom lane in the north jungle. now you will push all the way to the base. When you get there, you will be level 18 and smashing through any champion that gets in your way. Just remember to get the listed items in order as you can afford them. If you don't solo, you will not max your build, and you will not afford all the items you need. Practice this build with friends to get used to it. And please take into consideration. you will most likely be 0/0/0 for a while, but don't fret. You will be very dominate about mid game.
