Introduction
Hello I am Libeer, a master tier enchanter Taric jungle player
I absolutely love this pick,
becauce Taric jungle is fun to play and carry with.
Right now as writing this guide, I have about +-70% winrate from 100 games in this preseason with it, and about 60% winrate from 300 games season 10, so it's really viable.

When it's good to pick up?
When your team is plenty of Ideal or Strong (Look up synergies I have in this guide)
