lane or solo lane

I tend to use teleport to quickly move around the map
With ignite for a bit more damage output

jungling

Take ghost to get to jungle minions quickly
With smite (obviously) to help with the minions

In the beginning until aroung lvl 6-8 just keep farming minions using arctic assault into the minions which will add frost to all that you hit. Then use permafrost which will hit pretty much all the minions then use northen winds just to make sure.
This is quite mana intensive but if you just recall every now and again when the lane is safe then you will be fine.

At around level 11 i start to gank. by then you should have your atmas impaler, if you dont dont panic just kill a few more minions. its is easy to just start at top lane, work your way to middle then back to top as the bottom laners will be expecting you to run down there to gank others may follow so you can easily pick up like 2 or 3 minion waves before you teleport to bottom when the enemies have left.

During team fights your teammates will tend to leave you to tank so its best to make sure you dont take on more than you can handle. in team fights you want to initiate with sejuani's ultimate; glacial prison, then ruch in with arctic assault followed by permafrost and northern winds focusing on the middle-most champion as your teammates wittle them down.
If you are in trouble you can use arctic assault to dash through walls for a quick getaway. if you have flash use it after arctic assault because of flash's hefty cooldown.
