How To Collect chimes and When It's Appropiate
Now there are several different typed of ways to collect chimes with bard including the following:
The hoarder: This person usually collect chimes whenever he can until he runs out of chimes on the mini-map
The Troll: Chimes are his main source of EXP and he never lanes except for early game
The average bard player(recommended): They usually first blood or any other time they kill the enemy laner than go collect chimes until They return to lane
