When I go bruiser pantheon I usually like to build goredrinker, it gives nice cooldown on abilities and a lot of heal, but the rest is similar to what you did.

I was checking a lot of pantheon guides to see suggestions to get better with this character because is my main in top, and honestly I never think about building first BOTRK instead youmus´s because I like the extra MS. So I tried in a couple of matches building this item first, oh boy, the damage, against tanks is very useful like Gnar and Sion that I could 1v1. Even I bursted a lot midlaners and junglers, and they couldn´t do anything against me against thanks to Overgrowth. Thanks for this suggestion, since now this are my main runes and build with Pantheon. With this I demonstrate to my toxic teammates that Pantheon Top still very viable.

seems like just what I need on midlane, similar to yoummu's sunderer build, but botrk instead, as I can imagine, botrk is a better powerspike than yoummu, and it's on hit effecs and proc, along with sunderers proc, should deal a oneshot to squishies or even beefier enemies, I will try this build.
