I like these ruins all around as support because they run Magic Pen when you might be using spells to attack, they have Mana Regen for the early that scales through late game. Magic resist in case you get targeted. and Fortitude for a little extra health in the early game.

I picked up Aria first, since as a support that would be your job, to keep the carry you are in lane with alive. I get Hymn second so if your carry is doing well and doesn't need much healing, you can help harass a bit. I picked up Celeriy by 4 as a safety measure in case you need to make a quick escape and that little speed boost will help. Pick up your Crescendo when ever available, Max Aria by level 9, Hymn by level 13.

I like these spells as a support since Flash runs as a quick escape if you are being focused and Clairvoyance will allow you to spot ganks and see where the enemy jungle might be at.
