This is my first build on Mobafire, and I wanted to do a champion that I fell in love with after the first game. Although there is not to talk about here I just wanted to say that you should use your Vault and passive in sync so that you can have a uber poke. Also Quinn is pretty much nothing without a support champion with tons of CC such as Taric or Leona. Essentially you want to really push the lane and assert your dominance. You also want to bully caster adc's such as Ezreal and Kogmaw. Against champions that out range you you should really turret and only move in when they try to turret dive you.
