It's hard to win lane against Akali as Ekko, you can trade when her W is on cooldown and when she doesn't have ult, other wise she will win any trade with you just play safe,roam and scale
Anivia
Hard to assassin her because of her Egg but you can win lane or make the lane equal, but starting from level 7 you can clear waves with 1 Q and try to roam you have to roam a lot in this match up or fight her when she doesn't have her egg
Yasuo
Very hard match up he dashes a lot and almost wins any trade, try to stay safe and play for chances only
Annie
She pokes a lot making your lane hard try to stay safe and scale, and care from her burst while she CC you because she might 1 shot you before you use your ult, buy mercury or banhee's if needed
Azir
He is just annoying in lane but once u can reach him you will one shot him easily, and try to stay safe till level 3 then all in him to make him burn flash or you take the kill
Aurelion Sol
just like Azir, he is annoying in lane but once u reach him it's o easy to 1 shot him, just try to out roam him if possible
Cassiopeia
Her W makes u unable to use E or R and that counters you so hard, take care from her W and R and you will be safe and u can 1 shot her
Corki
Pokes you a lot but u out scale him so hard
Fizz
Fizz is so strong and trading with him is hard, just try to poke when u find his Q and E on cooldown or any of his spells, just try to survive lane and in late he cant deal with you when you have ult
Gwen
When you get 2 item you will be able to 1v1 her, try to take ignite against her and trade with her a lot early but take care of her R and Empowered Q
Karma
Karma lane is a kind of farming lane only, she will just use her E and RW to win any trade with you, just farm and you out scale her so hard, try to roam a lot on this match up
Irelia
Irelia is a really hard matchup for Ekko but try to stay safe as much as u can, play Teleport + ignite and buy Corruption potion, trade with her early and recall then teleport to fight her when she is low hp, make sure to use your ignite to stop her from healing a lot
LeBlanc
One of your hardest match ups, she pokes a lot, u cant reach her, she deals a lot of dmg to you, try to roam or ask your jungler for a gank, you will need teleport against her to be able to stay in lane as much as u can
Malzahar
If you are safe while he is ulting you, you will be able to kill him after his ult ends or just fall back, farming lane, try to roam a lot
Lissandra
Her CC is the problem and her E makes her escape easily, but you out scale and try to roam
Heimerdinger
Hug your tower and take the CS u can, ask your jungler for help, try to roam when you can, you out scale him
Nocturne
Nocturne is currently SO OP just try to ignore fights with him if u don't have ult because you will die in seconds and he can out roam you
Orianna
She pokes a lot during lane but you outscale her and you can 1 shot her later into the game
Sylas
Annoying matchup, you must take ignite and get level 2 before him and trade with him before he gets level 2, use your ignite before he heals and you can win lane that way, if u cant fight with him just stay safe and scale, you out scale him

Play with ignite, avoid his poking and trade when he doesnt have empowered Q

Play with ignite and use short trades with him, you out scale him

Cage is your only problem against him, and try to roam a lot early since he cant do anything when you do

Pokes a lot and can out-roam you but he is not a big problem you outscale him and u can 1 shot him later into the game

Annoying matchup since he pokes a lot from high renge , try to survive lane and scale

She wins you early you win late, dont feed her early and you will be fine

Pokes a lot and makes u unable to reach her, rocketbelt helps u reach her and 1 shot her

Pokes a lot but u 1 shot when u can reach her, CARE FROM HER ROOT!

Stay safe and all in him at level 3, if u cant just stay safe and scale you will 1 shot him later like any ADC

He out roams you, hard to win him in lane, but you outscale him

Early to mid game is hers, late game is yours

Don't 1v1 him early or with out ult

Free scale against her and u can roam a lot, just take care from her CC in fights

Ignore fighting with her early since she is strong, use your W root or shield only to win trades

He out scales u so hard, the only way to win against him is to roam a lot in early

She jumps a lot making it hard for Ekko to land his Q but later into the game u can 1 shot her, just try not to lose early against her

A lot of damage with his poke just try to avoid his burst damage in late game and you will be fine

Hard to reach her and to lane against her, but late you can 1 shot her before she runs from you

His CC makes you unable to play the game, try to wait when he uses his skills and one shot him

Stupid champion that heals from everything, it's hard to 1v1 him with out anti-heal

Kha'zix is much stronger than you unless you are able to 1 shot him before he jumps away or use his ult
care from his burst he can delete you before you can use ult, zhonya is a go for against him if needed

If you can dodge her Q you are fine

His ult changes the result of the fight, care from it

A good kayn can make your game hard, but you have to care from his invades, don't give him early lead and you will deal with him in late game

He is so tanky with a lot of damage but you can handle him later into the game, care from his ult and you will be fine

Try to counter gank or he can make the game end early game, make his early terrible and you will be able to win

Learn how to use your EQ combo + EW combo, cancel animations are important with Ekko, if your lane is hard don't worry just play for late your late is so scary
In mele match ups try to get level 2 before your enemy and trade with them
against Yone vlad and sylas you must get level 2 before them and trade with him with your ignite "make sure to ignite before they heal" and use your teleport when you need to recall and return to lane fast
try to roam every time you can
