Senna has an aggressive gameplay, she needs to stack her passive by attacking enemies twice or collect souls from minion and jungle monsters, she deals damage based on the max health of the enemy after collecting a soul from it.
Poking is essential but if sometimes your ADC/Sup DMG is not enough to win the lane.

Guinsoo ??
I did some observations and i saw that, Eclipse offers 4% armor pen for every legendary item owned. Guinsoo instead give 5% armor pen.
Guinsoo is then an overall better mythic for senna:
Attack Speed, On-hit Damage, more armor pen... BUT you cannot crit anymore.
Bork is good for even more %Health damage and lifesteal, Manamune for AD and more On-hit Damage.
Kraken slayer is really good against enemies that take a while to die
Immortal shield bow is useful for surviving bursts and able to escape after an ambush
Phantom dancer repleces boots in end game build.
You can swap with serylda for more slow with the Q to keep the distance with really fast enemies. Lord dominik just in case you have a really hard health stacker and mortal reminder for armor pen and anti-heal.
NOW YOU CAN SHRED EVERYTHING
