burn build on lillia is just bad these days, so trying to inevate i came up whit this assasin build. whit everfrost and w max c and rush socs boots combo you can almost one shot soft targets. the dmg is insane when you can land center w and whit everforst this is verry reliable and efective. but her bred and butter is really her e for its creative use. when back in base just send it down midlane and ping that you are comming and if it hit it might be enough but if it isnt you can always ult on top for garanteed kill or throw it over chiken wall to cath them of guard these are to creative ways of using it. be creative whit her e and you will be the a menace. this is verry importat in team fight because you dont always want to be the instagator sometimes it better to stay back and ult the right target and then go in and do your combo. heres a combo im working on everfrost w q e (smite if needed)it should atlest take down soft targets and brusers down atlest 50-80 of their health. you can also fish whit e and ult w q e smite or flash q r zhonyas w q e smite.if up agianst feed ap buy banshies against ad zhonyas ussaly work but sometimes frozenhart is also needed and i found out agaist garren and garren like shamps rylai's is werry efective. try keeping your stacks up and use brushes as mutch you can whit upgraded smite whit this you be att annyplace wery quick. you dont need to get feed on her whit this build one ore two kills will do for you to reach your core items socs boots everfrost and zhonyas. after that it might be better if you let your team get the kills (sometimes this is leuage after all).
