You are yuumi. Cope seethe mald. Play like yuumi aka like a little weirdo because u have no items. make sure to steal as many kills as possible. In order to hit your Q, you have to discern the radius of your Q circle and find out the total distance that your enemies are to the center of the circle. You can find this value with the simple equation (2/3 (x ^ 2 + 4) ^ (1/2) (x ^ 29) ^ ((2) / 3) x (x ^ 29) ^ (1/3) (x ^ 2 + 4) ( (1) / 2)) / (x ^ 2 + 4). Plug x in for whatever you want because this is a copy and pasted equation.
