Hello my name is Oblivion or as my IG name is NipSlipOnMyTip (Hilarious i know) today i will be trying to introdce you to one of the best unknown junglers in League Of Legends. Currently i am new to making these types of guides so i hope that you can Bear with me (Get it udyr Bear stance Lol omg i suck) and get a full understanding of my point of view with Udyr. Enjoy :D

I tend to run 9 Seal of Armor runes because it helps me not take as much damage in the jungle, also when ganking top and or bot they greatly help with taking less damage from not only champs, but minions too.

When going through jungle camps 9 Mark of Attack Speed runes help clear jungle camps quickly in order to be able to get more xp then the enemy jungler. Also it helps early because you dont have to get a point in Tiger stance to keep your attack speed up.

9 Glyph of Magic Resist help when ganking the enemy mid laners because you will get hit with abilities, and with out these they will hurt.... alot. And it helps mid-late game when you begin to build all those resistances.


Finally running 3 Quint of movement speed help with getting to the enemy quickly and roaming faster. Since his passive gives movement speed when you switch stances extra speed greatly affects your movement from point A to B.

Pros

- Jungle is extremely fast and efficient
- 4 stances that are all extremely effective in certain situations
- Can tank like a boss or own ad carries
- Ganks are insane, super speedy, can stun, tons of dmg
- Voice is sexy

Cons

- If invaded at blue tough times for Udyr D:
- Hard to kill kiting champions with high mobility Kass, Ez, Vayne, Zed, Ahri Etc
- Facing good peel makes it difficult to get at the enemy carries
- Nerf Irelia

I like to up phoenix stance a lot early Wingborne Storm because of jungle clear times then at level 2 one point in Iron Mantle because it helps with the build in lifesteal then Blazing Stampede then keep upgrading phoenix until about level 6 because at this point your not looking to use phoenix for kills. I get an early point in Wilding Claw because mid-late game with all that Attack speed you have udyr duel/fight potential is insane he gets around 2.20 Attack speed at level 15 and with his high damage enemies have absolutely no chance.

I like to run Tanky with a little bit of attack speed for my masteries. Since udyr already does great damage theres no reason to waste points for more damage but if you get attack speed for masteries your jungle clear will be insane without the help of Wilding Claw

WrigglesLanter: Wriggles is a great item for udyr now in the new S4 patch because of the new item FeralFLare which adds insane amounts of damage and lifesteal and attack speed to help you kill the enemy quickly
BladeOfTheRuinedKing is another great item, it adds lifesteal, attack speed, a slow, it has it all to help you chase the enemy to their death.

Zephyr gives amazing buffs for udyr, it adds alot of movement speed, attack speed, and a little bit of damage. For udyr this is a perfect item because it has everything you want for udyr.
Randuins This helps with chasing and slowing down priority targets if you catch them or are just being a *** and chasing them to kingdom come. Gives health, armor, a slow like the BOTRK the slow is essential for chasing
Sunfire Aegis this is just and overall good item on any champ looking to tank it gives enough armor to sustain, good health, and an extra burn on top of your phoenix stance, isnt that just beautiful?

For summoners you want Ghost and Smite smite is obvious, kill jungles get extra gold with wriggles, secure dragon, baron etc. not much explaining there. Ghost However helps with chasing down high priority targets. It also helps catch those damn kiting champs like ezreal and so fourth.

I like to start out at red because of the phoenix stance. If your facing a jungler that needs alot of mana to be effective then feel free to go steal his red. Chances are you will get it before he shows his face. After this run to your blue and take it quickly this should help greatly with jungling speed. Then rush your red, dont want the enemy jungler coming back now do you? If you didnt invade then just go Red,Wraiths,Blue,Top or wolves, Mid, Golems, Wraiths, Wright easy as that. Keep up the pressure if a lane seems to be having troubles go there and help him out. We dont want a pissed off tryndamere now do we?
