This Guide will show you how to play a solid Urgot and how to do that on every lane. Urgot is a Champion, that is underpicked because he is defenitly underrated and also missunderstood by the most players.

I personally favour Solotop Urgot, because Urgot is the perfect counter against any Melee and his passive makes Urgot become a beast in 1v1´s. In this guide I will show you how to outlane your enemy and carry your Team.

This is my favourite Runesetup. I use it, because most other Solotop heroe´s do physicle and also magic dmg, like Jax, Irelia s.o.

If you Lane vs a full physicle Solotop you should exchange the Magicresistence Glyphs with Cooldownreduction Glyphs. If you take the Midlane vs an all magic dmg Caster like Brand or Annie you should exchange your Armor seals with Manareg on 18 or another Flat Dmg seals.

This masteries are a little different from the standart masteries for Ad-Carrys. Because Urgot does more damage from his Q spell, than from him critting, I go full Cooldownreduction in the Offense Tree and only 2/3 of the increased crit-dmg. The utility-tree is the same as other Ad´s. If you are frightend of your lane-enemy you can also go 21/9/0 Masteries skilling Armor, Magicresistance and increased Lifereg.

My first purchase with Urgot is a
Meki-Pendant and 2x Health Potion I normally stay on my lane until my health-potions are used and I´m getting low-life again, or until my enemy has to base, then I usually clear the Creepwave and base after.
Basing i usually take me a Tear of the Goddess and Boots Going back to base again i want to finish my Manamune and also my boots. Against heavy Magic-dmg i want to go for [mercury's treads against balanced teams i want to finish my Ionian Boots of Lucidity
On my 3rd Base i want to get The Brutalizer and if im doing good Vampiric Scepter and if im doing not so good i want to go defence with either Chain Vest or Negatron Cloak going into lategame i first want to finish my Bloodthirster and then depending on if there is an fed ap or an fed Ad i want to finish either Frozen Heart or Banshee's Veil first, going in to a final build i want to have both items because they have a good synergy with Manamune last item you should finish is Youmuu's Ghostblade if the game should still continue just buy potions, there isn´t much you can buy that is better.

For Summoners I defenitly want to go Flash then you can decide if you play vs something that has a big amount of selfhealing like Vladimir, Irelia s.o. I want to go Ignite if I go vs a Champ with huge amount of physicle Dmg with autoattacks or a big burst i want to go Exhaust

Urgot is a nice Champion to main if you want to play Ranked Games, because its underplayed, so you will get him most of the time, like for example Fiddlesticks. He can outplay the enemie Solotop so badass, that your team will have a big plus when it goes into Teamfights.
He has a nice Ult for engaging teamfights and picking out an enemy it helps your Team focus the right target, like an Ashe Arrow would.

Pros:

-You own every Melee
-You can engage Teamfights
-You have sustainabilty and also Dmg
-You are a Tanky Dps RANGE!!
-Strong mid and early Game

Cons:

-You are ugly
-You are fat
-Your Lategame is only mid-class

As Urgot you have 2 Jobs. When it comes to Pushing your task is to poke the enemie you are trying to hit them with your E-spell Noxian Corrosive Charge and get some Acid Hunter out. When it comes to the actuall teambattle your main function is taking out the Enemie Ad-Carry with Hyper-kinetic position reverse Don´t be to shy to use it because you get like additional 150 Magicresistence and Armor from it, so you will be so Tanky, that you won´t have that much Problems when beeing attacked by the enemie if there should be any problems you usually still have your Flash

Farming is easy on Urgot you can farm either with your normnal attacks or use your Acid Hunter to lasthit. In lategame you can also use your Noxian Corrosive Charge to destroy minion waves.

To sum all up Urgot is a Tanky Dps Ranged with strength in early and midgame a good poke and an awesome Ultimate.
