Viego sends forth a spectre to haunt the first terrain hit, surrounding it with mist for 8 seconds. Viego gains camouflage, 25 / 27.5 / 30 / 32.5 / 35% (+4% per 100 ability power) movement speed, and 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% attack speed while inside the mist.
