[12.11] Move speed Twisted Fate (Escape & Gap closer)

By TroyLoL
Alright I know you're confused so I'll try to explain why this is so good for TF.

Phase Rush: If you have enough time to gold card .. you have enough time to pop phase rush (75% slow resistance) + Speed. This is good for trading with your opponent and running or quickly popping it and running away from a bad spot.

Nimbus Cloak: But Troy this is kinda troll? Answer is No. You use a summoner spell let's say Flash you gain a bunch of movespeed this is good for multiple reasons.. 1. You can get away from ganks quickly or bad situations. 2. You can easily run away after flashing and dodge any skill shots to prevent a death... Now I take Ghost as a 2nd spell. This is great for teamfights as you become too fast and untargetable and you can stun anyone you please and just take over a teamfight honestly.

Celerity: Simple to the point... Any movespeed bonuses are 7% more effective on you and you gain 1% ms. All your runes & spells are movespeed bonuses.

Waterwalking: Gain MS & AP/AD in the river.. This is great for helping your jungle / team in early skirmishes for scuttle or dragons as you have so much movespeed due to waterwalking/celerity bonuses and you become a little stronger so it's really easy to get the first bit of damage in fights before enemy team can do anything.

Time Warp Tonic: Simply good for multiple reasons.. You get 30% of your hp back instantly but also it grants you 4% movespeed and that also triggers Celerity. Speed baby

Future's Market: So I was debating between biscuits and Future market.. I feel like this is better because not only your passive gives you a huge gold advantage by just farming good in lane but also having futures market gives you a couple hundred more gold advantage upon recalls... So you are totally out buying your lane every reset and this will make fights and skirmishes so much easier to win because you're simply stronger and have more items.

Attack speed: Good for trading/farming
Adaptive Dmg: Good for early fighting/farming
MR / Armor depending on the matchups!

Move speed runes on Twisted Fate is really good all around. But the team fighting and kiting and just overall speed is amazing. Check out these videos below.
