Hail of Blades, Nashor's Tooth or both
passive cd gets lower when you auto, hail gives you a bit better laning/skirmishing and nashor still gives you stats you need (ap + haste) + upgrades your waveclear through attack speed (not by much, but still)

I love this guide, I have a 100% wr against Yone with it, that makes it very funny.
