Yellow
FF: The only problem Leblanc cant poke or jump on enemy is because of low health. FF allows Leblanc to strike minions for healing.
PM: Allow shorten CD of ULT & restore mana.
LB: Life steal on minions very useful for Leblanc.
CDG: Leblanc should have ability to take down low health champs.
Red
EC: Increase AP when take down opponents.
SI: For Leblanc ability to be stronger.
