This isn't a super serious guide, but I did get a chance to ask a pretty good Diamond Leblanc one trick what they thought would be good on AD LeBlanc now, so part of this guide (the core items, mainly) is based on that discussion. They said that you would need Fleet Footwork to deal with the damage from creeps in high Elo, but in low Elo, you could take whatever helps you win lane.
