Hi there, firstly thanks for the stuff, i don't play Blitz @ this way but i'll try to.
If i can comment this, why don't you reach the rocket grab @ level 5 first, the Fist isn't really needed more than level 1 @ beggining and overdrive could be cool to run after/finish your opponent.

Getting rocket fist maxed first is personal preference. getting it first to lvl 1 is a must though, because of just how useful it is. You could max power fist next instead of maxing rocket grab. I don't like the slow aspect of overdrive much, and if you're chasing somebody down you should really use rocket grab more than overdrive, unless grab is on CD.
