Champion Build Guide
Why CC Seraphine?
Seraphine is a bit of an odd child in support right now caught between too many positions all vying to be meta. I started working on CC Seraphine because I loved the champion but didn't love how anyone was playing her. To me, Seraphine is never going to be a hypercarry doing the most damage in a game. That's just not my playstyle with her. I wanted Seraphine to be the best team player she could be, keeping enemies in place so my teammates could do what they love most - more damage.
Rylia's is already Seraphine's best friend and so it felt natural to try builds that centered around that synergy with the cc in Beat Drop . Adding glacial into that just felt right to me and honestly once I started doing this I never looked back. Sure going all damage is fun in ARAM, but for me being able to stop an enemy in their tracks all while making them more vulnerable to damage was too good to stop.
Another benefit of CC Seraphine is her surprising tankiness. If you don't build crown or banshee's veil Seraphine is at constant risk of getting popped if she strays too far away from her team. With this build you can confidently go off to ward and now that if you run into trouble you can probably keep them frozen long enough to escape or kite them into your team.
This build is certainly not for everyone but if you're interested in a new way to play Seraphine in support then I'd say give it a try.
