Introduction
HEY GUYS BY THE WAY I PUT THE SKILL SEQUENCE LIKE THAT, BUT I EXPLAIN WHAT TO BRING UP, IT DOESN'T MATTER AFTER LEVEL 6, BUT READ WHAT I SAY IN THE SKILL SEQUENCE PORTION!
My thought process by going for mana first (with a health potion) is because your mana gets turned into health for you. I get the mana item opposed to the health one because it gives you more options early game, but still keeps you secure at levels 3-6. I run into many problems early game with the mana and health because the only skill that I have (level 1) is fling. Normally what I will do (in a 3 versus 3) I will normally go with my team and try to get the bottom grass then try to fling one over to my ap/ad carries on the team where they can do their damage without having to induce the team fight.
Rod of Ages
Next we go for the Rod of Ages. This is important to have because you need that extra ability power, so you can take out minions and champions by circling around them with your Poison Trail. Also, you already have a piece for it and it gives you mana!
Force of Nature, Frozen Mallet and Warmog's Armor
I say you need lots of health, because I love being able to jump into the fight and not get 1 hit by their over powered ability power carries! Also I find that late game it is good if your team is about to get one of the nexus turrets and you can tank it and the damage from another champion!
Crystal Scepter
Well... This I through into the end of the build because you have enough health, but you might as well be doing some extra ability power damage with your attacks!

okokok, well poison trail is pretty much your main skill. You need to max that fast and then get ur fling then go for your mega adhesive. you need to use your fling to get them over to you and your team, then you need to try to get them behind u so your poison trail can work its magic and gank stuff.... then if they are getting away with you lucky charms drop down your ultimant and pull a pokemon on their ***. GOTA CATCH'EM ALL GOTA CATCH'EM ALL then fling him to your team and u guys will get the kill....
