[P] - Passive (THOUSAND CUTS)
Gwen's basic attacks, the center of Snip Snip!, and Needlework deal bonus magic damage equal to 1% (+0.8% per 100 ability power) of the target's maximum health.

Thousand Cuts is modified based on the target:
- Heals Gwen for 70% of post-mitigation damage dealt against champions.
- Deals an additional 8−30 bonus magic damage against minions that are below 40% of their maximum health (depending on level).
- Deals a maximum of 10 (+25% of ability power) magic damage against monsters.

[Q] - SNIP SNIP!
Cooldown: 6.5 / 5.75 / 5 / 4.25 / 3.5 Cost: 40
Gwen's basic attacks on-hit grant a stack of Snippy for 6 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Subsequent attacks refresh the duration on-hit.

ACTIVE: Gwen snips at least twice with her scissors in a cone in the target direction over the cast time, dealing 9 / 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 (+5% of ability power) magic damage per snip to all enemies within the area. The final snip deals 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 (+25% of ability power) increased damage.

If she has any Snippy stacks, she consumes each one to snip an additional time for 54 / 72 / 90 / 108 / 126 (+30% of ability power) for each.

The center of each snip deals true damage instead and applies Thousand Cuts.

[W] - HALLOWED MIST

Cooldown: 22 / 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 Cost: 60
Gwen summons the Hallowed Mist around her, lasting for 5 seconds or until she leaves the area. Hallowed Mist can be recast once after 0.5 seconds for the duration, and does so automatically if Gwen attempts to leave the area.

While inside the mist, Gwen gains 20 (+5% of ability power) bonus armor and bonus magic resistance and is untargetable to all enemies (except turrets) outside of the mist.

RECAST: Gwen commands the mist to move to her current location.

[E] - SKIP 'N SLASH
Range: 350 / 450
Cooldown: 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 Cost: 35
Gwen dashes to the target location, and afterwards she gains 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+8% of ability power) bonus magic damage on-hit on her basic attacks, 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% bonus attack speed and 100 bonus attack range for 4 seconds.

Gwen's first basic attack within the duration refunds 50% of Skip 'n Slash's cooldown.

Skip 'n Slash resets Gwen's basic attack timer.

Skip 'n Slash can be cast during any of Gwen's abilities, and vice versa.

[R] - NEEDLEWORK GWEN
Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 Cost: 100
Gwen can activate Needlework up to 3 times, launching needles in the target direction with each cast. Each needle deals 30 / 55 / 80 (+8% of ability power) magic damage and applies Thousand Cuts to enemies it passes through, in addition to slowing them for 40 / 50 / 60% for 1.5 seconds. For each individual target, needle hits beyond the first slows for a reduced amount of 15 / 20 / 25%.

Within 6 seconds after the first cast, Gwen needs to hit a basic attack or Snip Snip! to unlock the second cast. After using the second cast, the duration is refreshed and she may repeat the aforementioned actions to unlock the third cast. Both the second and third casts are only available for the remaining duration. Each subsequent cast increases the amount of needles launched by 2. The total damage possible from all 3 casts are 270 / 495 / 720 (+72% of ability power) (+9% (+7.2% per 100 ability power) of the target's maximum health).

FIRST CAST: Gwen launches one needle after a 0.25 seconds cast time. Dealing 30 / 55 / 80 (+8% of ability power) (+1% (+0.8% per 100 ability power) of the target's maximum health) magic damage.

SECOND CAST: Gwen launches three needles after a 0.5 seconds cast time. Dealing 90 / 165 / 240 (+24% of ability power) (+3% (+2.4% per 100 ability power) of the target's maximum health) magic damage.

THIRD CAST: Gwen launches five needles after a 0.5 seconds cast time. 150 / 275 / 400 (+40% of ability power) (+5% (+4% per 100 ability power) of the target's maximum health) magic damage.
