Hello. This is my guide for Teemo JG, most of my time spent playing league I've been playing off-meta champions and really trying to do something. This however id say shouldn't be "off-meta" let me explain.

Teemos clear works because of his Q. The Q blinds JG monsters for 200% of the duration. This means that you have a 4 second blind lvl 1. Stealth on top of where the buff spawns and then instantly AA-Q it. You can now take 3 attacks from it without taking damage, after the blind wears off kite it a bit and repeat. Now for the actual clear, the best clear in the pre-season is different because of Scuttle XP changes. The clear now is:

RED -> BLUE -> GROMP ( Now you hit level 3, look for a gank, if nothing is gankable do your Wolves after that look for a gank, if nothing is gankable at this point just do Scuttle. ) This gives you the fastest level 3 you can possibly have.

I have done this clear with taking only 2 attacks from monsters. You don't have to smite or potion but id recommend you smite wolves.

Well, you cant really gank. This sounds ****ty yea I know. This really depends on what ELO you are in. In Silver-Platinum you can probably just run in and try it. With first-strike this works exceptionally well since you get gold for it anyway.
But normally you will have to wait for a low health - over extended enemy. Then you just W and run onto them. Your W can make for some weird ganks where they just cant outrun you.
