Try the build before you judge it, ive tried it many times now with titanic and also with frozen mallet and each of them are quiet impressive and op items. this build is gurrantied to 1 shot adc and it can easy kill tanks since it on hit potential damage. shiv is pretty op to burst adc with since shiv got buffed :))
