This is a tank Build for Mundo.
Don't judge negatively if you haven't tried it.
Alright,so I made this guide so I can show you the way I play Mundo.Mundo can be built as an offtank,as a tank,or a dps.He's a great champion in 3v3 and 5v5 Normal,But you cannot say the same for 5v5 ranked.It's not a hard champion (ex: anivia),but not an easy one aswell (ex:Yi).Take time to read through my guide.Your comments are always appreciated and whatever questions you have,don't be afraid to ask.
It is said that the man now known as Dr. Mundo was born without any sort of conscience. Instead, he had an unquenchable desire to inflict pain through experimentation. By the time he was five, most of the pets in the Zaun neighborhood where Mundo grew up had gone missing. By his teenage years, his parents were nowhere to be found. By the time he had legally acquired his license to practice medicine, he had been acquitted of thirty-eight separate charges of murder by the Zaun authorities; the lack of evidence made prosecution impossible.
Dr. Mundo has become equal parts serial killer and mad scientist, though no one is entirely sure how his butchery qualifies as science. However, he has made tremendous strides in mapping the pain response in the human brain and body, going so far as being able to suppress it, even in the most excruciating of circumstances. He has also tapped into the primal parts of the brain through chemistry, learning how to enhance aggression and adrenaline, as well as dulling conscience and the survival instinct. In short, Dr. Mundo's life's work has been how to create the perfect science-enhanced killer. Unfortunately, the city-state of Noxus regards such behavior as a sign of initiative and ambition, rather than inhumanity. Originally fighting for Zaun, Dr. Mundo was recruited to also fight for Noxus in the League of Legends; the Madman dual faction status represents the fruits of a blossoming relationship between Zaun and Noxus. He continues his experiments to this day, even using himself as an experimental subject, as evidenced by his disfigured appearance and his... unique manner of speaking. There are rumors that the High Command in Noxus has given him free reign to pursue his life's work in his spare time.

First of all,I would like to answer a few usual questions about mundo:
1.Why build Mundo as a tank and not DPS?
First of all,Mundo has on his own got A LOT of dmg.By adding more dmg you don't ensure survivability which is needed to inflict the damage.In other words,if you die too fast,you won't make any damage,will you?
By building him as a tank,not only will you survive much longer (you might not even die actually) but you will be able to damage even more because every 3 secs you throw a ,you hit even more as the time passes (your normal attacks are boosted by ) and same goes with burning agony.
In the meanwhile,ulti cd is only 50 secs,which means that if you survive more you will be able to use your ulti more often in team fights.
2.Should I throw in early game,before I reach lvl 6?
Even though costs a lot of hp early game,you shouldn't be afraid of using it.Every about 7 secs you can use x1 cleaver towards your target.ALWAYS use cleaver to get last hits.
3.Why get first and not boots?
Since you got and by the time you get SV you will have your ulti,which means that you will be able to escape,what you need first is SV for survivability.Afterwards,you can take boots.
4.Does this build work in Ranked Games?
Depends.Tbh,mundo generally doesn't turn out to be good in ranked games.The reason is that if your enemies know you are about to take mundo,most of them will simply get an ignite,or even worse for you,they'll get ww or a deadly carry to get madred's in order to rape you,making it much harder for you to survive.
Besides that,build works fine in ranked games.

*Good chaser (if u can use his cleaver right)
*Great escaping mechanism (burning agony,cleaver to slow,ulti to heal +go faster etc)
*Great dmg for a tank/offtank
*Lots of hp(Sometimes a con depending on your enemies)
Cons:
*Not a great tank,not able to sustain huge ammounts of dmg (rammus,galio,morde,shen).
*Squishy early game (lvl 1-5),until he gets his ulti.
*Not that easy to play,considering like other champs
*Great farmer
*Good chaser (if u can use his cleaver right)
*Great escaping mechanism (burning agony,cleaver to slow,ulti to heal +go faster etc)

SKILLS
: This passive is so great for mundo.It can help you a lot in many cases,since mundo stacks a lot of +hp,this passive is very useful for him.If you combine it with the results will be amazing.
:This skill is SO great.You need to max it first.First of all,it does a lot of dmg to tanks,it slows enemies,it helps you farm in jungle (dragon,baron etc) much easier,while as well it can be used to last hit creeps!Ofc you will need to work on your accuracy and skill,using this skill.

:Another great skill for Mundo.The most important thing on it,reduces all the CC on you when it is enabled.So with just a simple math,if u max it out and have the reduction reaches 70%!!!!!!!It also deals some nice damage,and it also helps in last hitting creeps.

:One more great skill.This skill will make your attacks do +100 dmg (when maxed) while it will give u 1 AD for every % of health missing,which means that it can give u up to +199 dmg!

:Your ulti.The most valuable skill.Only 50 sec cooldown ulti,can be used to chase,survive a team fight,escape or tower dive.The more hp you have,the more you regenerate,plus a lot of speed to add.

Runes
The reason I add +hp runes is to be really strong at start.I find mundo really easy to kill,without his ulti at start,so with a lot of hp you can get a nice FB without even dying.Furthermore,the more hp mundo has,the more he gets healed by his ulti.

Spells:
:I really love ghost on mundo,you can chase a target even easier,the fact that your ulti gives you movement speed aswell is not enough,as you can't use it to chase a target when you have full life.Or at least,not wise.
:Great skill to finish off a target and get some kills,although sometimes not needed,it is really great to help you add more dmg.Especially in early game.
Optional Spells
:Good for any champ,can help you escape or even get you a kill.
:Really great spell against melee targets,you don't really need it to chase a target though.

If you face a lot of melee champions,consider getting .
:This is my next item.It is a MUST to have.This is what makes you a tank.Makes you really op,(the more hp the more regeration with ulti).It also adds +hp per 5 sec.
:It's perfect.It's definately needed next.If u face champs who deal magic damage,it's the right item to get next.It adds a lot of magic resist,plus even more regen per sec!!!+8% movement speed is also really great.
:Armor+magic resistance.The passive is amazing aswell.Great item that you should not even consider of not taking.Can sometimes be more valueable to be taken b4 force of nature (depending on the enemies).
So,you could get 3 different items depending on 3 different situations.
1.Problems with melee like Trynd?Consider getting
2.Problems with champions like malz,ryze,karthus etc?Consider getting a second .Although I rarely do that,maybe because I haven't come across against good players with those champs.
3.You think you are fed enough or got enough armor and MR to sustain enough dmg from the enemy team and survive?Then consider getting which will give you +armor while boosting your dmg.
:Great item for mundo.You NEED to get it first,before boots.Makes your ulti powerful,decreases your cds,adds some hp AND magic resist.Definately what you need to start.
Boots
:I usually get .Combined with ,it will make you very powerful,against any target (morgana,olaf,teemo blind,taric,veigar,garen,rammus etc etc).If you face a lot of melee champions,consider getting .

Last item
I used to get .It had nearly everything you needed.More hp,more hp regen,more armor,plus reducing nearby targets' attack speed.A must have item if you faced targets like WW,master yi,tryn,gangplank etc.Since its' nerf though,you could consider getting other items depending on the situation.So,you could get 3 different items depending on 3 different situations.

7.Don't be afraid to use your ulti instead of going back,the cd is only 50sec.Especially when you want to push.
8.Don't get a lot of +hp items after warmog's if one of your enemies has Madred's Bloodrazors.Always attack him FIRST.He can kill you in a hurry.
9.Use your to last hit creeps,remember,every 20 creeps it's like a champion kill.
10.Use your to check the bushes if there are enemies (if there are,you will simply hear a clutch or something when it hits him/her).
