Glacial Rakan
Hey everyone~
This is a new Rakan build that I've theorycrafted for the new preseason!
Rakan has been quite week this past season, but I believe that this build might be able to change that. Rakan's strenght is how slippery he is and has good engage and peel with his cc, though his weakness is his lack of tankiness. With the new Evenshroud item that capitalizes on using hard cc, and gives more armor, magic resist and health than Shyrelia's, I think it is a more optimal item and will make him much more viable!
The Guardian rune has also gotten several nerfs recently, and it is still viable, but I believe that Glacial can give more value.
