Why not HoB ?

because if you fight for a long time it will be more useful to you. hob doesn't give you much except these 3 auto attacks. CB gives you a lot of AD and Lifesteal. imo it;s better! :D

imo, depending on the matchup (especially mid because of the plethera of squishies), HoB could be way better.
for example against mages that will just stun you/flash away or both, HoB let's you get your full combo off before they get the chance to respond.
i'm a real big rek'sai top fan, and i usually take conqueror, but into ranged champs or etc, that won't let me get extended fights, i take HoB.
