Who am I?
Hi, I'm Pescad0rParrudo. I'm a toplaner and I've been playing LOL for a few years. I've always liked pantheon a lot, whether it's old version or rework.
I currently have 400+ mastery with Pantheon and I've been through several situations, builds, match-ups until I came up with what I consider the ultimate Pantheon Build, in terms of playstyle, itemization and relevance into the late game.

Champion's Journey
Pantheon is a champion that had a very specific niche in LOL, before the rework. It was more rated as an squishy bruiseresque assassin that didn't hold up after 20 minutes despite being fed.
However, after the rework he became a bruiser that has some versatility in his kit. A champion that has engage, high damage output, and another versatile ability to disengage, stay longer in the fight, or secure a kill.
After some updates, his kit became more geared towards armor penetration, due to the ult's passive. Talking about your ult, we can point out the need to be well oriented towards the objectives on the map, whether they are TF's or jungle objectives.
Despite the features that the rework brought, Pantheon is still seen as an early-mid game champion, however, by making use of this guide, you will see that the character doesn't decay in the late, in fact, it flourishes.
Runes
Conqueror will give you bonus AD plus sustain. So you can do the double enhanced combo and when the enemy strikes back you will use your E to both block and recover some health with Conqueror full stacked.
Presence of mind is essential for poking the enemy without getting mana trouble, because pantheon is very mana hungry especially if you're facing a tank that needs a lot of poke.
Bloodline will give you sustain.
Coup de Grace is great on pantheon because it synergizes well with the Q passive.
Sudden Impact is essential for the extra lethality and the final domination rule can be of your choosing

The Berserk Combo
Pantheon is a champion who ends up relying a little too much on his abilities. Therefore, you need to give yourself options to both maximize their use and deal some damage in the period between cooldowns.
Your ideal combo is made with W enhanced + 2 AA + Q enhanced.
However, until we perform the last AA and Q enhanced the enemy is out of stun and will be ready to counterattack.
To guarantee the ideal Combo, we will use Berserker's boots which, due to the attack speed, will give us enough time for the 2AA+ Q enhanced.
The E will be used to escape, negate a more crucial enemy ability (emphasizing the importance of the conqueror rune, blocking and sustaining at the same time) or finishing someone.
Your ideal combo is made with W enhanced + 2 AA + Q enhanced.
