Season 13 Best Xerath Support Build
Having one tricked this champion in the bot lane since about season 7 (3.5 million mastery) and gone from an actual Bronze Noob to a Platinum noob in that time, I gotta say that I really agree with this for as many ELOs as I've seen.
I really agree with his assessment of the matchups except for maybe thresh. Thresh has no sustain, isn't that tanky, and takes a lot of risks when he engages, if you can land some poke on him early you can pretty effectively ruin his laning phase.
I hope anyone reading this gets a lot of value out of it, I know from experience that fundamentals + this guide is enough to hit at least platinum playing literally only Xerath.
