Champion Build Guide
Laning phase
If you play against high kill pressure enemy bot, stay behind your adc and just heal him. Try not go to far bcs you wont be getting xp. If you want to use W on an ally try to hit Q first, it will lower your W's cost and increase the healing. Use your E to zone the enemy or give you adc time to get away from that leona who's trying to stun him. Watch yoyr teammates health bars. You can help your toplaner win lane and even ger some free assists with your ultimate.
Team fight
Stay behind and heal your teammates, enemies wont rry to dodge your Q so hit it whenever you can to reduce your W's health cost and give your teammates some movement speed. You can use your E to cancel channeling abilities like Katatina's ult or Malzahar's ult or to prevent Ornn from casting ult second time. Also, watch out for enemy assasins rrying to oneshot you.
