Champion Build Guide
I'm from EUNE and this guide will talk about Soraka, The Starchild.
If this guide helps you/ is something you like think about upvoting it, but I'm not forcing you.
Soraka is a Support Role Champion that has the gimmick of doing insane everlasting heals at the cost of losing her own health.
Let's talk about the Pros & Cons of Soraka:
+ Easy to Learn + Good Laning + Amazing Healing Capabilities + Cheap Items + Still useful when Behind |
- Immobile - Squishy - Can have Mana problems - Early poke Health problems from Astral Infusion |
As said above, Soraka is a fairly easy Champion to learn, being valuable when behind. She has the best healing potential from all the Enchanters.
However, Soraka is still an Enchanter Mage, so she's Squishy and Immobile. Fighting versus a high poke lane ( Caitlyn and Xerath as an example) you might have some health problems with overusing Astral Infusion

Guardian are by far Soraka's favorite Keystone, giving her and her guarded ally a shield when they take damage from champions or lethal damage from turrets and monsters. This is an amazing early trading rune and let's you be safer in lane with it's life saving possibilities. |
Font of Life works well with Soraka as her Q, Starcall can proc it. When you impair someone movement via Slows or CC, Font of Life procs, healing 5 (+ 1% of your maximum health) over 1.75 seconds when an ally hits the impaired champion. |
Bone Plating is the best tool you have versus a trade heavy laning, as when it procs, the 3 next abilty or attacks do less damage to you. If the enemy laners are more poke heavy, switch off Bone Plating for Second Wind, making it so you regenerate 6 (+ 4% of your missing health) health when hit by a champion. |
For last you always go Revitalize. This shard grants you 5% Heal and shield power, plus a 10% boost to healing and shield to yourself or any ally who is bellow 40% of their max health. |
|
Manaflow Band | Manaflow Band is an amazing early game tool, making it so everytime you hit a champion with an ability your mana bar increase by 25, up to 250 bonus mana. When the maximum bonus mana is achieved, your mana bar will start permanently restore itself every 5 seconds. |
Transcendence | Transcendence is a good early to mid game rune for Soraka, due to it giving permanent ability haste at levels 5 and 10. At level 11, any takedowns on enemy champions will reduce the current cooldown on basic abilities by 20%. |

If your team composition has alot of ATTACK DAMAGE and On-Hit Champions, Ardent Censer will be the best choice. If you manage to get your ADC fed, be sure you buy this item to extend the lead. | If the team's current composition is mainly ABILITY POWER or MIXED then the best option is Staff of Flowing Water because the benefits Ability Haste has on all champions is much greater than the Attack Speed Ardent Censer gives to everyone. |
