Well first off this looks like a copy off of "An enemy has been Swain" so I don't know why you made a build out of a build... second off your masteries are wrong. 9/0/21 means you take Blink of an Eye .... also might want to take Deadliness instead of Cripple, Cripple gets you nothing but Deadliness can get you one extra cs or a lucky crit for a kill. Also, if you plan to take teleport, take improved teleport..... Good Hands is also better than Perseverance... Perseverance doesn't even increase your mp5 by 1. And one last thing, you won't need Teleport if you are able to use Carrion Renewal to your atvantage and play carefully. Ignite does rediclous damage while stacked with Torment.... All just ideas evyerone knows, constructive critisicm.
(ps. Most champions don't need Perseverance, it gives too little mana and hp to be useful. Also, sry about grammer.)

So I too just made a Swain guide yesterday, but I would like to tell you that you should reconsider the Archangels Staff

Until a week ago, Tear of the Goddess was one of the first items I built so I could buff his mana and mana regen, but I noticed that even on my most fed games, I would get no where near the +1000 mana cap. For example, I was 12/4/15 and I had +360 mana. I simply replaced it with a chalice of harmony, it gives you greater MP5 if you have to stay in your ult for too long and the extra MR helps you dominate mid early game. Also, since you seem to get it later in the game you wont get any of the mana benefits. I suggest taking a look at my build and taking another look at how good Zhonya's Hourglass is for Swain, It turns a tough mage into an offtank mage.

Howdy. I like how your guide brought in some interesting elements with the trivia section and
how you explained your build and why you made some of the choices you listed.

I would adjust the "game play" section for graphical appeal but its content seems solid. I honestly don't play swain, but from what i've seen of casters, it helps to notice some of the general trends.

Be careful of CDR when considering builds, it can be sneaky and rob you of a more efficient benefit. In the case of Swain, Morello's should give about 2 seconds of your 10 second cool down spells so i wouldn't worry as much. Also keep in mind only one ability seems to get the full effect of rylai's (his ultimate) and i can see that as useful, but these are just reminders. Looks good. +1
