Abilities
Your Q gives you speed when you run from your enemies and slows them down. Use it. It's good.
Your W heals an ally and grants them your Q's speed. Only use it when your running away so they can make you faster due to your passive. Never use it otherwise as it costs you health and mana that you need.
Your E Makes enemies stay still so you can hit your Q and get the extra speed.
Your Ultimate Heals you for a lot of health when you're running low. By random chance, it can also give you free stacks on your Mejai's Soulstealer so you can reach that 15 stack movespeed. Remember, this ult is for you and any healing your allies may receive is purely coincidental.
