Aphelios' Abilities
Aphelios unlocks his weapon's ability (Q ability) at level 2 and his ultimate at level 6. Instead of powering up his abilities, Aphelios rank-ups grant him permanent stats, allowing him to choose between 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 attack damage, 9 / 18 / 27 / 36 / 45 / 54% attack speed or 5.5 / 11 / 16.5 / 22 / 27.5 / 33 lethality.
